Artists Paradise is a music and video distribution platform for independent artists. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Account details (name, email), artist profile content you publish (photos, banners, bios, releases, merch), and records of sales, royalties, and payouts so we can pay you accurately.
Artists keep full copyright of everything they upload — music, videos, cover art, bios, banners, and merch listings. Artists Paradise claims no ownership of your work; by publishing on the platform you grant us only the license needed to display and distribute your content. Every artist storefront displays an "All rights reserved" copyright notice in the artist's name.
To run your account, display your public storefront, process payouts to your chosen PayPal or bank method, and provide customer support. We never sell your personal data.
Payout details are stored securely and used only to send you money you've earned. Payment processing runs through our payment providers.
You can edit or remove your profile content at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and data by contacting support.
